An office building with an area of over 20,000 m2 fitted with radiant new cast floors? Leave that to us. For the Westwing Park business center in Roeselare (formerly known as Accent Business Park), high-quality cast floor solutions were sought for all fourteen floors of the immense office building. Project developer Skyline can look back on an excellent collaboration between HIM and Havatec, our renowned partner in cast floors and walls in Belgium, for the second time. A look back at a successful project.

HIM advisors prescribed the perfect floors, namely SL PU (our polyurethane cast floor) and SL Flex (our modified epoxy-based floor finish). The flooring systems are exceptionally scratch-resistant and equipped with an anti-slip layer to ensure safety and usability. After curing, these floors form a smooth, hard-elastic surface, resulting in pleasant walking comfort and good impact sound insulation.
Havatec has been working satisfactorily with HIM for over 10 years. In fact, in the adjacent office building of Skyline, Havatec also installed HIM products. The trusted product quality from before laid the foundation for a (re)newed collaboration for Skyline.
Thanks to extensive technical support and in-house training in the past, our floor products hold no secrets for Havatec anymore. As a result, Havatec knows better than anyone what is needed to achieve a smooth and colorfast end result without streaks. Craftsmanship that has once again been strongly evident in this project.
HIM supplied floor products for the entire office surface area – from workstations to canteens. This involved ensuring optimal coordination between logistical flows. The order size was not a hindrance for HIM to provide just-in-time delivery. Havatec was therefore able to carry out the work without delay.
After months of work, the project has been successfully completed. Once again, HIM demonstrates to be the floor specialist for both large and small-scale projects.
