Heat-resistant and solvent-free 2K epoxy coating
HIM Escoron is a versatile, thixotropic, solvent-free 2K coating based on specially formulated epoxy resin. It is typically applied in multiple layers, and once cured, it forms a flexible coating that can withstand temperatures up to 140°C and extreme temperature fluctuations. Due to these properties, HIM Escoron is widely used on oil and water coolers, tanks, pipelines, heat exchangers, and condensers. In multi-layer systems, it is particularly suitable for seawater-cooled installations.
HIM Escoron is typically supplied in grey, but can also be provided in other colors upon request. Please inquire about the minimum order quantity for custom colors.
